I have over 2000 hours of training  combined in various bodywork techniques, various energy balancing techniques  and lymphatic drainage. I have also been trained in a 200 hour teachers training Yoga. See below for a list of some of the studies I have certificates in.

Massage Therapy with the Body Therapy Institute,  Craniosacrsal therapy with the Milne Institute,  Polarity Therapy with the Tree of Life Center, Lymphatic Drainage with the Chikly Health Institute, Eden Energy medicine, Jin Shin Do Acupressure with the Jin Shin Do Foundation, Reiki second degree. 

My interest in the overall health of myself got me interested in massage therapy. I am fascinated and in awe of the human body and have been since I was in my 20's.  I have dedicated my life to educating myself and others about our bodies and the connection to our minds, emotions and our energy fields. I love being in service to others in need and strive to keep my clients informed and healthy in any way I am able to do so. 

I was born in PA and lived there until I was eighteen.  In my early 20's I was very interested in healthy eating. Then in my early 30's I became interested in self growth and this led me to massage.  I have been in the NC area for over 25 years. I love to hike, cook, garden, meditate, do yoga and some mountain biking.
